IDBI Bank Recruitment 2025, IDBI Bank has announced a recruitment drive for 650 Junior Assistant Manager positions through its Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) program for the 2025-26 batch. This program includes six months of classroom studies, followed by two months of internship and four months of on-the-job training at IDBI Bank branches or offices.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:
  Candidates must hold a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Proficiency in computers is required, and knowledge of regional languages is preferred.
• Age Limit:
  Applicants should be between 20 to 25 years old as of March 1, 2025 (born between March 2, 2000, and March 1, 2005). Age relaxations apply as per government norms:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
  • PWD: 10 years
  • Ex-Servicemen/Commissioned Officers: 5 years
  • Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years

Selection Process:

1. Online Test:
   • Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation: 60 questions (60 marks)
   • English Language: 40 questions (40 marks)
   • Quantitative Aptitude: 40 questions (40 marks)
   • General/Economy/Banking Awareness: 60 questions (60 marks)
   • Total Duration: 120 minutes
   • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks per incorrect answer
2. Personal Interview:
   • Candidates who qualify in the online test will be called for an interview.
3. Medical Fitness:
   • The final selection is subject to medical fitness as per IDBI Bank’s norms.
